O.k.

Thanks again for the hyperlink and e-mail link but a problem. I have used the

DoCmd.SendObject

but i can not get the e-mail address which i have typed in the database field to go into the e-mail TO: FIELD.

The name of the database email field is "E-mail". How do i say

DoCmd.SendObject and use the e-mail address in the e-mail field and insert it into the e-mail message that has just popped up for me to send?
