O file attribute and missing icons

Hi,

We have a strange problem on our main user files server where roaming profiles are stored.

All of a sudden certain files have lost there icons. You just see the file name and no icon.

I logged onto the file server locally and those files look the same. It happens a lot on shortcuts files. I also noticed that all these files have the "O" file attribute. Ive tried googling this but not having much joy. Can anyone help? When the file is copied to another server the icon comes back.
