O/E Order Entry

I'm having a problem where when ever I enter a new entry in O/E select a customer # update all my fields and select ship all and click post, i get the follow error:

Error Order. Record already exists.
Posting failed. If this is a new order, you must enter it again . Of Modifying an existing order. you must reenter your changes.

I'm running accpac erp 5.5 pervasive 10 windows 2008 server x64

Lookup the last order number in OE Transactions, Order Entry.
Then go to OE Setup Options, Documents and set the Next Number for Orders to the last order number + 1.
