Is there a way to turn on disconnect supervision on the
NT8D09 Analog Message Waiting Line Card. To provide
a drop in the loop current so that a dialogic D/41PCI card can release the line after the caller has hung up on the PSTN side of the PBX.

To have actual line disconnect supervsion, you have to use the OPS (NT1R20) cards. The big downside is that you have only 8 analog sets on each card.
