I'm using Net Zero High Speed service.....I can install the initial set-up program of 566k and the service is fine but no high speed. While on line Net Zero is downloading updates in the background. When the updates get to a certain point and I sign off the next time I sign on I get this message box:
NzJava Window: exec.exe Entry point not found
The procedure entry point JNI_GetDefaultJaveVMInitArgs could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library Javai.dll.
If I sign on the NZTV connect box does not go away, and to sign off I have to use Task Manager to end program. I have to uninstall and reinstall NZ set up about every other day to avoid this situation.
My operating system is XP Pro. I'm wondering if it has to do with one of the programs I have on my computer. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, its driving me nuts!!!
