I have 5.5e running on a 5.1 server. I have a novell 5.1 server running the agent that is connected to a Windows 2000 server that is the Web server. I recently have been having problems with user's in the the field (56kmodems) not being able to log into Webaccess and was going to bump the timeout on the gateway as per Novell. The Tid tells me to go to the GroupWise view and go to the gateway's Servlet tab and check the Template Caching box. It doesn't exsist. The only tabs available on the Gateway are: Information, Gateway time settings, Log settings, Optional Gateway settings, Network Address, Gateway Administrators. Any help or explaination would be appreciated.

I worked on same thing for a couple of hours then found this TID.

The key to the query on support.novell.com was
webaccess missing buttons
Try it, it sorted my stuff out.
There are loads of other reasons why but this is the most obscure if you have tried everything else.
