NW65SP7 creating Tomcat partitions

I'm doing an update of a small (28 servers)deployment of NetWare from NW65SP6 to SP7. In every case, the process has created a Tomcat container in the same OU as the server, which has significantly increased the complexity of the tree (and my work in keeping the documentation up to date!!).

Are these all needed, could they be deleted, or could they be consolidated into one high in the tree?

Also, on some servers the installation adds lines to load Tomcat 5, while leaving the lines for Tomcat 4. We don't use the servers for web serving, just file, print and admin (e.g. iManager). Comments, please?
