NW6 XP Pro - synchronise folders

Can anyone tell me how to stop this happening? We do not need to synchronise most peoples files, just those who have laptops and use them at home and need to make sure their network files are the same.

What folders are you talking about that are synchronizing? Do you mean profile directories? Do you know that it's most likely something you have setup that causes this? Novell doesn't do this by default. There are a few different ways this could be happening. Find out what is causing it, this will help you find your solution.

windows xp is what is causing it, no problems with win2k I presume it's an XP policy that has not been turned off, just learning about MS stuff so not sure where it is set
