NW6 - DNS NULL RR

I have a client that has requested we create a NULL RR in our DNS. They would like their IIS server to route the first octet of the name and our server to forward any request for domainname.com to their IIS. I have been reading the RFC1035 and know it can be done; however, I can't seem to find the option to configure it on my Netware6 server. Assistance would be appreciated.
