NW 7.3 Bug with group restart?

Has anyone else noticed that restarting a group doesn't continue from the work list, but instead generates a new one? A couple clients failed to back up, so I restarted the group (restart, not start) and all clients in the group get backed up again. In 7.2, I remember that the behavior of restarting was different.
