Hello Everyone,
I have inherited a system I know little about. Here's what I do know about it:
MICS 4.0
NVM 4.0.04 A
No RAD
No NRU software
No programming record
Basically, I'm up a creek. I can handle the most basic of configuration, but the voicemail is what's really giving me fits. I'm not sure about what kind of voicemail system it is, other than what I listed above. It can be accessed from Feature 981 or by dialing extension 269.
Here's my current scenario:
Line 7549 & 7550 (Set 224) is a M7310
Line 7549 & 7550 (Set 223) is a M7310
Incoming calls to 7549 ring in the office where set 223 is located.
Incoming calls to 7550 ring to the office where set 224 is located.
So far, so good.
The problem is that the voicemail for these two sets is "backwards." Accessing voicemail from set 223 gives me the voicemail for the person in the office where set 224 is located and vice-versa. How do I switch these?
Also, what do you recommend I do about making administration/configuration of this system a little easier? Doing it from a M7310 is tedious, to say the least, especially for someone as inexperienced as me.
If I haven't provided enough information, please let me know and I'll get what I can. Thanks in advance.
Bryan
