nv4_disp.dll BSoD

I've tried pretty much everything on this one. Off and on, when i launch something that uses DirectX I get a memory dump on nv4_disp.dll. I upgraded to DX8, the latest Detonator3 driver for my Elsa Gladiac (GeForce2 GTS 32mb), got the VIA patch that turns on AGP texturing support, and I still get crashes. Can someone help me out with this? -Peter
