Hi
Is it possible for BC9 system to use route(ROU) parameter for NUTRI command?
It's important for us to send calls to different groups according to the ENTRY..
What i want to do is, I will divide Route 97 into two parts (route 98 and route99) and will give this command...
NUTRI :entry= 304,rou=98,trc=3,pre=5040,numtyp=0,cnvtyp=0;
NUTRI :entry= 304,rou=99,trc=3,pre=5040,numtyp=0,cnvtyp=0;

But i checked alex lib. and in BC10 and upper there is rou parameter..

Is there any patch for it?

Rgrds.

Sorry a little mistake

NUTRI :entry= 304,rou=98,trc=3,pre=5040,numtyp=0,cnvtyp=0;
NUTRI :entry= 304,rou=99,trc=3,pre=5041,numtyp=0,cnvtyp=0;

Your DDI numbering plan is weird. Since you are using BC9, you had to select which one you will use 5040 or 5041 against 304. Then select another number e.g. 305.

Hi patcher
The DDI 304 comes from Telecom -last 3 digits of whole number which is a number ,used for call center. So i can not change 304 or use 305 at the same time...
What i want to do is, i should divide these calls into 2 hunt groups (5040 and 5041), because approximately 120 calls or upper comes from telecom side..(a hunt group has 75 members) And 75 port is not enough for DDI 304

CDINI 5040 to 5041 is not a good solution because it makes some problems on system with genesys environment

Sooo... What I thought is you have 2 different DDI ranges with 304 as last 3 digits. You have only 1 ddi number but you want to split the calls to 2 different destination (5040&5041). Since this is for call center why not use ACD group instead of doing different call scenario? This is the best way for sure.

5040 and 5041 are the hunt groups which are dedicated for IVR ports cas extension (tlu76/3) The customer, calls xxxxx304 and the call goes to the hunt group 5040. IVR answers the call , give an announcement and make some banking operations and when customer wants to talk with the agent, IVR transfer the calls to the ACD group..
SO as a summary, the calls are not routed directly to the ACD group...
Routing the calls to more than one hunt group will solve the IVR port issue .Now we have 75 port limitation

Why just not add more group members up to, let's say, 150(sacos)?

Hi patcher,
Is it possible?if so, can you write here for BC10 system and BC9 system ...

We need this for 2 sites.
Thanks a lot..
Rgrds.

cuneyt,

Very simple solution :
you can always divert a GH towards another GH.

so like this :

GH 5040 : 75 members CDINI towards 5041 (and vice versa) also 75 members

make sure sel parameter of groups = 10063, this way calls are distributed on all lines

regards
