when trying to access the administrator mailbox get a message " I'm sorry, I did not get your passcode" although I have entered the correct passcode.
 
For future reference it would be nice to have some idea of the issue bfore clicking your post.

Nupoint simply doesn't cut it.

Two likely reasons in order of likelyhood.

1 - The mailbox is now locked due to previous incorrect passcodes.
2 - you are inputing it wrong the first time and the FCOS then requires 2 correct entries (it will ignore 1 correct after 1 bad.)

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.
 
Is it only the admin mailbox? Still sounds like an incorrect password is being entered or all digits are not be received.

The beatings will continue until morale improves.
