For future reference it would be nice to have some idea of the issue bfore clicking your post.
Nupoint simply doesn't cut it.
Two likely reasons in order of likelyhood.
1 - The mailbox is now locked due to previous incorrect passcodes.
2 - you are inputing it wrong the first time and the FCOS then requires 2 correct entries (it will ignore 1 correct after 1 bad.)
