Hi

Is it normal for Nupoint Users and Servuices to take so long to save changes or create users? It takes about 3-4 minutes to save.

Is the Mitel capable of synching changes back to the Nupoint Users and Services? Or should all user changes always be made through Nupoint Users and Services?

You are talking about the Nupoint within the MAS product I assume? The Mitel (and I assume you mean the 3300 ) can't sync back to the Nupoint/MAS. Therefore its best to use that tool for consistancy. Why it takes so long could be a lot of things including your server hardware.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

1) that is not normal. It should only take 5 seconds or so max. You have a MAS configuration issue.

2) MAS will sync to the Mitel 3300 but not the other way around. Yes, you should configure all users on the MAS server.
