NuPoint voicemail to email 1

Hello all,
I have a NuPoint 16.1.0.13 and I only get messages to forward to email if the message came from a phone that has a mailbox on the NuPoint. Messages from internal phones that don't have a mailbox on NuPoint and messages from external callers are not forwarded to email.
Anyone run into this issue ? Any and all help is appreciated.

Check the qmail logs to see if they say anything about why it fails

I suspect that the message is being sent but blocked by a spam filter due to the differences in subject line (But that's only a guess)
