NuPoint Voicemail to Email Format

Hi all, does anyone know if you can format the email the NuPoint sends to the user when a mailbox receives an email? The customer wants to add branding so that it's not so bare. Users are reporting it as spam as it looks suspicious because of the default formatting.
 
Just in case anyone else needs to know this, there is no way to customise the NuPoint email. KMS Article QA1559 confirms this.
 
We can always put a DCAR request in and have Design change the format of the e-mails if anything is too much of an issue.

Can't the customer just setup their e-mail platform correctly to accept known, good e-mail? That's what I do.
 
As always, it's the users that are the issue. They see the email come in and assume it is spam just because of the look of it. The customer's exchange server doesn't identify or flag the email as spam. I suppose it's good that users are being careful but it means they are missing voicemails because they just delete it. The customer is just going to try and educate the users by including it in their training.
 
You can force it to use the MSL email info albeit, it needs the full xxx@yyy.tld format as the usersname.
