Nupoint Voice Mail Loosing Time

I have a Nupoint MAS System (4.0.112.0) for my Mitel 3300. The time is 30 minutes behind. When I click on Date and Time it gives two options.

1. Set Time Zone- I have this set to US/Eastern
2. Enable Network Time Service - I tried putting in pool.ntp.org but it says it is unreachable.

Is there another way to set the date and time on my Nupoint system.

You should be synching to an NTP timeserver, but you need to look into why you're failing to reach pool.ntp.org. The server needs internet access and you would need to have port 123 allowed out through any firewall that may exist.
