Customer has a SX 2000 light that had a Repartee VM that crashed, replaced it with a NuPoint that has a dialogical gateway between it and the 2000. My issue is that when a message is left in a MB, and the message light flashes on the digital set, if you press the message light it says no messages. You can dial the pilot # of hunt group to VM and retrieve the message. Only thing that changed in 2000 programming was to take out 4 members of VM hunt group as it went from 12 ports to 8. The key that flashes does not appear to be a programmable key on the superset 4225's. the key position is far right top key. Any help would be appreciated.
