Hello.

We are working with a new install of NuPoint v16, this is only the second time I've done this and the first was using v14. We have setup the AMC record with NuPoint Unified Messenger: Speech Auto Attendant Base Software Kit and NuPoint Messenger: IP Integration (max 4 connections)

I have downloaded the VMware ovf file and imported it with no problems and ran a sync, which went ahead fine. But for some reason when I click on the NuPoint Web Console link in the browser, I get the message NuPoint services are not up yet. I've rebooted a few times, with the same message each time. There are no events in the logs that indicate an issue. I've got a funny feeling this could be license related as things have changed a lot since the last time we used this. We are using VMWare 4.1 for this.

Additionally, when I now click on status and sync I now also get this:

The following error occurred during the last sync:
ERROR: The server successfully started a sync operation with sync.mitel-amc.com but the connection was broken before the operation completed. Contact your authorized partner for more assistance if this error persists
Warning: The last 7 registration attempts have failed.

Very simply, is the Nupoint server online? Sounds like it isn't.

Always look out for the next guy because it may be you!

Sounds like no licensing

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

Jrgood0852, the MSL is up, this is the error I get when I click on the NuPoint hyper link for the blade, which should allow me to start the configuration.

Kwb, we think your probably right. We have a suspicion we might be missing something in the AMC but not sure what. Our salesman spec'd up the system using the Mitel workbench tool, so you think it would be all there.
