NuPoint Unified Messaging Portal Error

Hi,

I recently upgraded a MAS and NuPoint server. After the upgrade I am unable to access any messages through the portal. I get the following message when i click on mailbox

"Failed to retrieve Portlet Definition for npm-pwg::npm-pwg"

Any help would be appreciated.

everthing else work though? Can you also say what load you are at now.



I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Yes everything else works fine. It is just the mailbox option in the portal.

MSL 9.4
MAS 4
NuPoint 5 SP1

What did you upgrade from? Not sure what the alarm is but was just wondering if it was something changed in going to a new load. i.e jumping from Nupoint 3 to 5?
