NuPoint - transf to operator

Users want callers to be able to press a button to go to the operator after/whilst they hear the called person's greeting.

I thought this was std once the operator's extn was entered into the mailbox config..... what are the options of configuration?

Make sure that in the Mailbox FCOS they have that option enabled. Cannot remember which number, but it is one at the beginning.
