NuPoint to Ring group problem

Hello, I have a Nupoint transfering to a ringgroup (cascade)(MCD 6.0), when I call to ring group 2000, this work great, ring 3 times and go to the fallow extension, this group have 5 extension.....but when the call is tranfered from Nupoint (Blind Transfer), ring on the first extension and one ring on the second extension and return to Nupoint (main menu), could you helpme??....
 
Try extending the No Answer Recall Timer on the COS for the NuPoint ports. I think 0 for the timer length ignores it altogether.
 
we had the same problem and could not resolve it wthout dodgy tricks

we were transferring from nupoint auto attendant to ring group containing a multicall
- we had to cascade the first ring group to another with the same multicall in it to stop it recalling

The issue is always with a unanswered transfer. Unanswered transfers always recall to whatever did the transfer. In your case the Nupoint ports. Set the unanswered transfer recall timer to a higher value.
