Im having trouble getting Standard UM working on nupoint. Does anyone kow a specific are that I can check on Nupoint to look for smtp or email errors. I never see the messages reach my exchange server so I believe they are having trouble leaving nupoint (ver 11)
Check to ensure you are licensed for it. There was a part number issue a few months ago with Rls 12.0 and it also effected Rls 11.0 where the license was not being provided by the bundel when it should have been.
If you find that you are licensed for UM. Log into the Nupoint Server-Manager, select 'view log files' from the menu, then from the drop down list select 'qmail/current' and select next.
This will show you what emails are being sent from the nupoint.
