Nupoint Standalone backups

One of my customers is reporting that the file size for manual backups and scheduled backups is significantly different. Has anyone else noticed this?

I suppose it one way could be backing up the voice messages and the other not.

Yes, or possibly different compression algorythms ala OPSMan vs. Manual backup.

I've suggested it is probably copression but they require an answer. Before I take it to Mitel, I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced this.

we've seen the same issue. Both seem to restore when required but never chased down the difference in file size.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!
