I need to change the verbage that now says:"press the P key to play messages" To say : Press the 7 key to play your message

I think you may have to change the prompt language to overlayed.

Numeric overlays replace all alphabetic prompts with numeric ones. (For example, "Press P to play the message." becomes "Press 7 to play the message." when a numeric overlay is applied.

If you have the numeric prompts installed there is a FCOS option to change to numeric prompts. Sorry don't have the number on the tip of my tongue.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
