NuPoint Server - Delay to Answer Issue

Hi All,

Any had an issues with Nupoint prompts delaying when calling in to voicemail. It is not happening all the time but happens quite a lot.

Sometimes it can take up to 8 seconds before the lady starts talking away.

Any suggestions?
