I have been asked to look at doing some simple changes to a Nupoint installation on a MAS6000 platform. I can change most of the stuff but can't work out how to implement a new digit in a existing call flow. I can see how to delete the existing action but not how to add another.

So two questions.

1 Can anyone point me in the right direction or
2 let me have the help file or sysadmin guide.

TIA

Tony

You will need to edit a call director path
web in to the Nupoint click on call director and call flow
enter the pilot number and the call flow will be displayed
you can then add a digit by simply allocating a function to the number e.g. mailbox, transfer call etc.
Don't forget if you add an option you will need to re record the main prompt to let caller know the option is available.

Everything is OK except that all the unused digits are set to retry and I cant seem to edit them (hovering over them gives [default action] Do I need to delete the action and will this then give me the option to add a new action to the call flow?

Have you tried clicking on the root menu and clicking an action that appears in the bottom right window.

Yes, just puts me back to that action on the main call flow diagram....

You need to click on the link at the bottom right of the page where it says retry this should then pop up a window with different option to select

ASsuming its the window with all the actions listed bottom right) then it just pops me back to the root (Day Menu) without giving me any options...I wonder if my password isn't giving me full admin rights even though its says administrator logged on...

I ought to mnetion I am doing this remotely through a RDP session but am using bthe FQDN logon.
