Hello all,
I was wondering if the Record a Call feature provided by NuPoint works with the MiCollab Client for mobile and softphone, specifically the ability to turn it on manually during a call?
The Record a Call is working ok with the desk phones as they have the key programmed to activate it.
The customer does not want all calls recorded, just the ability to manually turn it on and most of their users are working from home on the MiCollab desktop client.
