Nupoint Receptionist

I have a brand new Nupoint install. Line groups are configured, system is fully licensed. How do I get the NP Receptionist to pickup on a line? This is connected to a 3300. I read that there the embedded receptionist is fine for most jobs, but I can't get it to answer on an extension.

Also, is it normal that call director enabled mailboxes which have their LCOS set to French language still talk back in english when you press a wrong key?
 
I believe Calldirector and Receptionist are mutually exlusive unless you have more than 1 line group.

Alright, but how do I enable things like dialing and extension in a call director menu? I need a fully bilingual (fr,en) autoattendant in which people can press a digit to switch language and also just dial an extension to be transfered.
 
Sorry to say I've never had the pleasure of needing bilingual prompts.
