nupoint R11 don't let the mailbox user log in

I have nupoint R11, this is the 2nd time that happens and the techs that sold me the equipment don’t have a clue and the answers most of the time is reset the server. The problem is if a users is listening to a message then play it back and then on the middle of the play it hang up, the next time the he try to logging on the voice mail it came back that’s already in use. I don’t see any blocks or nothing weird on the mail box, I try to send the voicemail to an alternate mailbox but I got the same message that the mail box is already in use? Any idea and how I can fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
 
Under the LCOS for the person, there is a option to set the Maximum login time. The default is 0 which is no max. Change it to say 5 minutes. It should log the person out of the mailbox automatically.

 
If you use the default fcos it will fail

Your not solving the real problem.

The real problem is why NuPoint is not loging the user out when they disconnect.

Q1: When this happens, are the users in the office, or external to the office?

Q2: What is your integration? Digital, ONS, IP-5220 emulation?
 
I change the LCOS but it didn’t work, I had to reset the server and then VM started working again. Both users that got the problems different days different time are using DNI 430’s sets. Since I change the LCOS I don’t hear for any other user with the problems and I don’t know what to do to try to replicate the problem. Thanks for your replays.
 
Sorry I forgot to mantion both users were in the Office.
