I have nupoint R11, this is the 2nd time that happens and the techs that sold me the equipment don’t have a clue and the answers most of the time is reset the server. The problem is if a users is listening to a message then play it back and then on the middle of the play it hang up, the next time the he try to logging on the voice mail it came back that’s already in use. I don’t see any blocks or nothing weird on the mail box, I try to send the voicemail to an alternate mailbox but I got the same message that the mail box is already in use? Any idea and how I can fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
