Hi All,

Can you permanently set a mailbox passcode, via the web portal, so that users cannot change it or and prevent the system from prompting users that passcode has expired, please change it?

I have played about with all FCOS bits I can find thus far, EG:
- turn off in 1st time tutorial
- users cannot change passcode

but each time you a set a passcode in portal and login, the system prompts user that passcode has expired, please change.

I had a quick look in Line group setting via NuPoint console menu and could see anything....

I know you can take it off ( not required using FCOS)
If you setup the mailbox record greetings etc they wont be prompted to change it but i don't think you can stop someone completely from changing it afterwards

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
