Nupoint ports not logging on to 3300

Can anyone help , I have set my nupoint v11 ur2 with a basic config but the ports are not logging on to the 3300 V8 ur1, I have logged this as a fault and have been told my config is fine and the server I am using is not supported . Has anyone got any ideas of areas to check on either the 3300 or the Nupoint before I scap the server and start again

Do the values for the set registration codes on the Nupoint match the set registration codes on the 3300?

I've never had it fail other than with registration mismatch.

What do you have your IP ports configured as (what type of sets).

Have you mapped your extensions and done the icp config? As well if you have call recording ports need to be 5240?

Thanks for the input guys ,I have my ports on the 3300 configured as 5020 as they are all Vmail ports with a COS set for both hci settings and cov / ons is on.

I would save your configuration and then root.
