Nupoint on MiCollab 8.1.1.11 - Mailbox logging (detailed)

Hi,

Is there a way on Nupoint to go back and see what happened to a mailbox after the fact? As in user said they had quite a few voicemail messages but now there are none in their voicemail box.
I'd like to see what went on with that particular voicemail box.
I checked the audit trail in Nupoint, but its not pulling up any data.
Is there any other system log to check?
 
Check in NuPoint console, there are other options available here, Web only shows so much.

Yes and no.

There is a mailbox trace report but you need to setup logging prior to needing it.

There is a COS option to enable the trace then you can view the log from that point forward.
