Is there a way on Nupoint to go back and see what happened to a mailbox after the fact? As in user said they had quite a few voicemail messages but now there are none in their voicemail box.
I'd like to see what went on with that particular voicemail box.
I checked the audit trail in Nupoint, but its not pulling up any data.
Is there any other system log to check?
