You will need to make sure you have the numeric prompts installed
If you go to the server manager and then blades it should list all installed options.
If the numeric prompts are not installed then insert the CD disk1 and refresh the list once it is available install the blade.
You will also need to enable the use of prompts through an FCOS option.
