Im looking through the nupoint 11.0 help file and I am trying to determine which type of MWI integration to use with the 3300 running 8.0 UR4. I am thinking that the DTMF to PBX is what I will use but I am just not sure. Can someone tell me which MWI integration is the most simple type?

You should use HCI/MiTAI, but DTMF to PBX will work too.
