NUpoint mwi issue

I have a nupoint server within my 3300 network.

I have a problem where the MWI light keeps activating on an extn. It's a callback request from Nupoint. This can be erased although is there any way to stop it happening?
I need the mwi to light if any msgs are left.
A little confused as to what will be controlling the mwi request, the nupoint or the 3300?

Can anyone provide any info on this

One thing to look for is if there are any mailboxes that have the Broadcast Message Waiting status FCOS option turned on.

If so, check the Dist List 1 for that MB and see if it's related to your issue.
