Hi Gents,

How do I configure NuPoint on MiCollab to send email notifications when new voicemails arrive to a mailbox?

I have set up user email address for Standard UM Email Address 1, and Message Waiting #1 to Unified Integration.

It looks that I have set up email configuration correctly on Configuration -> E-mail setting, as I do receive testing Welcome E-mail.

This is a smtp.office365.com account, do they have to enable anything to accept voicemail notifications from MiCollab/NuPoint?

Please let me know, Regards,

Daniel

we dont use the standard unified or advanced unified checkboxes
we just enable fcos 289
seems to work ok for forward to email

and its not like evmail - it cant do forward and delete
the voicemail will remain in the mailbox even after the email is sent

if they dont clear the messages the mailbox may get full

we also set a lower limits for busy mailboxes to auto purge after 1 week

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Hi Bill, Thank you for your response.

I fixed it now, the problem was Office 365 rejecting the messages from NuPoint. I had to select this under smart configuration:

"From" address for all sent emails: Use the Mail Server User ID configured in the MSL server-manager

I have it working now. Thank you very much. Regards,

daniel
