Mitel SX2000, L/W 32 R1.1; NuPoint Voice Mail, 4.23G.
An enthusiastic but uninformed "junior" tech has managed to trash the Admin Voice Mail account. I do not know how. She has somehow given it a new password. When I go into the message centre ("Welcome to the message Centre") and try to access the Admin voice mail box (8998); I hit "*" to get the prompt for the Admin password. I type in the new password and am told, repeatedly that I have 3 unplayed messages. Normally, at that point I would hit the "8" key followed by the "*" key to get into the admin functions. Now, it just asks me for a mail box number no matter what I do. I logged into the NuPoint Server, but cannot figure out what I have to do to recover my admin mailbox.
Any ideas?
