Tyring to block ability to zero out of one NuPoint MB for a customer. I created a phantom w/MB that plays a greeting and hangs up. I set that phantom as the Attendant Extension for user's MB, but pressing zero took me to Primary Attendant. Set Attendant Extension as blank, but pressing zero took me to Primary Attendant. Removed FCOS to tranfer to attendant, but pressing zero took me to Primary Attendant. Is my goal possible?

You need to figure out why setting the personal attendant is not working. I've never seen this fail.

When I "Disable" I simple put the users extension in the Attendant field.

The customer had turned of FCOS 002, I turned it back on and the MB now XFRs to the mailboxes' programmed Attendant extension when pressing zero after greeting. The original issue is still present. After leaving a VM message in the MB, the caller hears "If you would like to leave another message, enter the mailbox number now, or press zero to reach the Attendant". This is what they want to disabled. Is that Possible?

It looks like the "Allow Dial an Extension" is already set to no. So if I disable "Caller multiple messages enabled", will that get rid of the "Zero to reach Attendant" as well? I also noticed the "KEY_0" but the existing option I hear is post greeting & msg, so not a factor?

Disable the Caller multiple messages allowed

The Key Zero during greeting simply allows the caller to break out of the greeting. Key zero would still be allowed after greeting.

As this is a system line group item, it should remain as is.
