Hello all,
I know this thread has been discussed on and it was concluded that you cannot have a 0 as the first digit. But I was curious if anyone knew what documentation Mitel has that outlines the fact you cannot have a extension (or rather a mailbox) that starts with 0?

Thanks,
-Iron

Waldosworld,
Thanks a bunch! I have located it! For anyone who is interested I have included a pic.

All, I read that as "When an element is zero..." thinking it meant zero as the first digit. My bad, but now I see that zero is NOT even part of the "Digits" column. Which would further clarify that zero cannot be the first digit.

Thanks,
-Iron

irongladiator, you are misinterpreting the document.
what that means: in the dialing plan digits 1 thru 9 if the element is 0 no mailbox number can start with that digit.
ie if digit 1 has been assigned element 0 then no mailbox can start with the digit 1 regardless of length.
