Other than setting up call flow for each mailbox,

does anyone know of an end user friendly way of allowing callers to dial an extension number from a NuPoint mailbox ?

you can cresate a call difrector teplate and attach it via lcos ( i think)

we did that once for a transfer to operator message and then applied the LCos to the users that wanted it ?

you can set it on the LCOS Call director template

then apply that LCOS to whoever needs to use it
