NuPoint Mailbox - Time Zone Offset

Hi All,
We have a NuPoint deployment servicing mailboxes in a few different time zones.
We have been using the Time Zone Offset option to cater for the time difference.
The problem we have is that for one site we have a 1.5 hours time difference and the offset option can only be changed in 1 hour increments.
I have tied editing the mailbox within the CLI for NuPoint but it says 1.5 is an invalid response.

I have raised this with Mitel Support who have told me 'There is no option to set the Time Zone Offset for half hour increments. You need to raise a DCR for this request.'

I'm hoping somebody out there has a sneaky workaround that will help in the short term.


 
nope no fix for it.
has always been that way , i think i raised a dcr 8 years ago and nothing has happened yet so i wouldnt hold my breath
on ours we have to set mailboxes to not play time that messages were retrieved for any that are in the zone that has the .5 offset.

This us affecting a scheduler in Call Director. We have to explain to the customer to adjust the timing by half an hour for this one particular site.
Much annoyance.
 
Yup raised that as a DCR a few years back too.
They said there really wasn't any need unless enough people complained. I gave them 20 major cities and areas that had .5 incremental, including one close to where their HO is.

Didn't faze them. :(
 
perhaps we at tek tips need to get on the page sign up and vote
like a crowd funding page - get as many people to like it as possible
