You want a rotational mailbox. Requires it's own FCOS, once you have your rotational mailbox set up, you add the destination mailbox into distribution list 1 of the rotational mailbox. RTFM, it's all in the documentation.
Sorry but I believe Lundah meant to say that you need the Broadcast Mailbox Option bit in FCOS (120 or 121 if memory serves) then the messages will be broadcast to any and all members of list 1.
