Nupoint Mailbox Config Question

I recently installed nupoint V11.0.4.5(on MAS server w/ME) for my 3300 mxe version 8.0.9.20. I made a new pilot and added the ports to it. I was eventually able to use call director to make a simple AA. When I call my new pilot #, the auto attendant plays correctly. So it seems like im on the right track. I created a new mailbox on nupiont for myself, but I cannot figure out how to get that mailbox to pickup when my phone is called. I changed my 1st alternative and 2nd alternative reroute to the nupoint hunt group, but all that happens is the call goes to the auto attendant.

How does a call usually make it to voicemail in this situation?
 
Are you sure your hunt group is coded as voicemail? Also check the COS of your ports; use the parameters foound in the release notes.

I find it supicious that you can get call director to work and not simple voicemail integration.

I suspect that you have programmed the system to force what you think is call director and in the process broken all else.

Call director is quite complicated and can only work properly if the integration is already working.

I recommend you return to the beginning and get your integration working again then try to enable call director without breaking the rest.

Are you talking about Call Director or Call Flow? There is a difference.

If you have assigned a Call Flow to LG1 then you will get LG1 by default if the NuPoint "fails to integrate."

Have you enabled COV/ONS Voicemail in the HG COS?

Have you placed the right extension number in the list of extensions of the mailbox? A MB does not really have to = the extension number (they can be complete different).
