Hi,

We are planning a large scales deployment of NuPoint into a cluster with roughly 13 x MCD instances.
I need to be able to easily identify mailboxes whereby the messages are not being retrieved/listened to.
We are talking 2000+ mailboxes so it doesnt make sense to trawl through everyone individually.

Does anyone know of a way to pull data into a file (excel is the obvious option) which I can then "sort" to provide the information I need?

Thanks in advance

Mailbox Maintenance:
- Mailbox inquiry Report.

The inquiry report will tell you how many mailboxes have never logged in, but it won't identify which mailboxes they are. For that you'd have to run a mailbox data report and search on "Last Log: Never" to identify the mailboxes that haven't logged in.

Sorry Lundah, I respectfully disagree.

The report will very clearly tell you on a mailbox by mailbox basis how many unplayed, played, and urgent messages are in each mailbox.

1 line per mailbox - very efficient.

Well, today I learned, then. I'm used to just running the inquiry report to get the totals.

also shows if the mailbox has ever been accessed.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
