Nupoint- Go to Auto Attendant rather than mailbox

Hi Guys

Had a strange request from a customer where we have put in Nupoint

When they dial the Nupoint, rather than it recognising there extension, they want to have a unified experience no matter what device they call from. So they want to have to be prompted to enter mailbox number all the time, no matter if they dial drirect from their extension or somewhere else

Is there an FCOS or something as i can;t find a way without breaking something else?

Any Ideas?

Nupoint 4.1 on 3300 MCD 4
 
Add Call Manager option to all the mailboxes.

This is a licensed feature.

You mean call director and crest a simple call flow? Mmm how would that work? That's for callers leaving messages not for retrieval?
 
Sorry, I didn't understand your request to mean internal callers.

What a weird request.

Create a DN and Associated VM with Call Director enabled where the default value is the VoiceMemo layer.

At this point the user would have to enter their extension then Star to login.

Why do they want to do this?
