Nupoint Event recorder shuts down

I trying to catch event recorder logs. I start the event recorder after configuring it including file output and "x" out. When I show the log (usually the next day) the log file displays but ends at approximately the time I logged off the previous day. Any thoughts about what I'm doing wrong? NPM rel 11 running on IBM 206.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!
