NuPoint - Dial By Name Directory Issue

Hi all,
I have a weird issue concerning the "Dial By Name Directory". It was check marked to "Last Name First" which give you the prompt of:
“Enter the last name of the person you are calling followed by the first name"
The customer wanted to have a "First Name Directory", so easy change right? I simply unchecked the "Last Name First" box as shown below and I do get the prompt of:
“Enter the first name of the person you are calling followed by the last name"

However my issue is, is that when you dial the persons first name it doesn't find it. If you dial the last name however, no problem. Am I missing something?

The Name has to be entered in the Mailbox to match the prompt

You have entered the lastname first in the mailbox so that is what will match regardless of the prompt.

Yep I just found it in "mailboxes" when I got your reply on this thread in my email.

Flipped it and all tested good.
