NuPoint dial 0

I have inherited a NuPoint Messenger release 7 DNIC integration on a 2000. There is an issue where the main greeting will not transfer to 0. It picks up, says "Welcome to the automated receptionist. Please enter an extension number, press 8 to dial by name, or wait for assistance." If 0 is dialed, or I just wait, It loops back to the same message. 0 is defined as an LDN on the console, and can be dialed fine from a phone. I can transfer from the main greeting to any other extension. I would like to know where I can see the entry the main greeting is using to transfer the 0.
